All systems come with the Simply ID software that allows you to manage card templates, database records and images. Many of our Simply ID software features include an internal database, logo importing, batch printing, picture taking, unlimited record input, data import/export and barcoding. Tracking and debit card modules can be added. Nobody offers these features at our price. Do not be fooled with basic card software because you will need our Simply ID features!
* The Simply ID Laminate Card System prints to your inkjet or laser printer. You laminate the card with the provided equipment. A fantastic laminate card system for people on a budget. Comes with everything except a printer and a computer. Choose your camera option! This is ideal for organizations that cannot afford a plastic card printer but are required to have some form of identification.
* The Simply ID Lite Card System prints in 30 seconds full color and weighs about 7 lbs. The lite system is ideal for low - mid volume PVC card printing, and offers a single card feed for card production. A HoloKote anti-counterfeiting system is a built-in feature of the PVC printer. Our Simply ID software will encode magstripe cards with most card printers that have the magstripe option. If you need a custom quote on Magstripe technology please contact us. Magstripe technology is "out-of-date" and companies only use encoding if they already have magstripe readers/door access in place or are intending to purchase magstripe readers at their facility. All systems print barcodes with our Simply ID software. All plastic card systems can print to printable proximity access cards or use adhesive pvc cards to stick on these proximity cards (Some popular proximity cards include HID, Motorola Indala or Hughes).
